The Red Cross has demanded the closure of a former British army camp housing migrants.
Napier Barracks is meant to be temporary accommodation, and human rights groups say the use of a military base is psychologically damaging for people living there.
Many are thought to have been tortured in, or trafficked from, the countries they fled.
And as Al Jazeera's Jonah Hull reports, the mental state of the men behind the wire is causing concern.
