This is the fourth chapter of John Eliot Gardiner's "Music in the Castle of Heaven. A Portrait of Johann Sebastian Bach". In this chapter, Gardiner describes the "Class of '85" - famous composers such as Domenico Scarlatti, George Frideric Handel, and Johann Sebastian Bach who were all born in 1685. Furthermore, Jean-Philippe Rameau was born in 1683, Johann Mattheson and George Philipp Telemann in 1681. It is read by Antony Ferguson.
