In this video series I will introduce you to all ten stages of Hong Kong's MacLehose Trail. The overall trail is a 100 km (62mi) long-distance footpath, which stretches across much of Hong Kong.

About stage two:
- it is rated as a: fairly difficult walk
- distance: 13.5 km (8.4 mi)
- nominated time: 5 hrs
- lots of uphill and downhill
- three beautiful beaches along the route
- the trail is majestic under a blue sky
- the surface changes between dirt track, concrete and sand
- there are good options to buy refreshments
- you are likely to see cows along the trail
