In this video series I will introduce you to all ten stages of Hong Kong's MacLehose Trail. The overall trail is a 100 km (62mi) long-distance footpath, which stretches across much of Hong Kong.

About stage one:
- it is rated as an: easy walk
- distance: 10.6 km (6.6 mi)
- nominated time: 3 hrs
- very little elevation
- the trail is very beautiful under a blue sky
- the road it follows can have a lot of traffic
- there are no options to buy refreshments along the way
- you are likely to see cows along the trail
