Chef Masanori Tomikawa runs the first traditional Japanese restaurant in Europe to be awarded a Michelin star. The acclaimed multi-course experience. The cuisine focuses on the purity of traditional Japanese ingredients, in a minimalistic, balanced style. Yamazato Restaurant at Hotel Okura Amsterdam serves the authentic Japanese haute cuisine called kaiseki ryori. Only one menu option is served during dinner to ensure quality as well as a safe work environment.
