The workshop is an introduction to how strategy is conceptualized, devised, executed, evaluated and reconstructed in the public policy realm. It is informed by BOGN’s vast experience working in multi-year public projects across several countries and civil services. It draws on a selection of case studies of key public— private partnerships and national innovation journeys (when “innovation” was still a radical word) that were brought about at low cost, high impact, and rapidly executed amidst challenging external environments.
