President Rodrigo Roa Duterte visited the wake of Eren Arabella Crisologo, an 11-month old child, at the Cosmopolitan Memorial Chapels in Davao City.

The President met the infant, who was diagnosed with biliary atresia, on the sidelines of his visit to the wounded soldiers at the Camp Evangelista Station Hospital in Cagayan de Oro City on March 24, 2019.

Upon the request of the child’s parents, Private First Class Ernie and Charibel Crisologo, President Duterte instructed the concerned agencies to extend assistance to the sick child who arrived at the Republic of India last June 19, 2019 for a liver transplant.

Eren Arabella Crisologo died on August 6, 2019.
