Gareth Southgate says the past three weeks have been 'mayhem' after Phil Foden and Mason Greenwood were sent home for "unacceptable' behaviour that "will not be tolerated in an England camp" . He said it had been a disappointing sideshow and was pleased with the way his remaining players reacted to get a goalless draw in Denmark.
