In this episode, Tareq explores the beautiful capital Torshavn and surrounding villages, and sail into a cave for a recipe prepared on a rowboat. Situated north of Scotland, living on this collection of eighteen islands has always be a struggle for survival. Tareq comes to understand what is in the soul of the Faroese, and why their cuisine has developed the way it has.

Here he makes Beer-Battered Langoustines, Puffin and Lamb Tartare (Klaksvik), Salmon and Rhubarb (Gotusander), meets the a chef from Restaurant Koks, the Faroe Islands' first Michelin-starred restaurant, visits a sushi bar and a salmon farm.
