Eso Khai is a newly opened street food shop of Barasat, mostly people call it as Lakkhan Dar Dokan.
Mr.Lakkhan Shit, the owner of this place was a magician by profession, but as the time goes on magic was not an entertainment for people now a day, so Lakkhan has to change his profession, eight years back he started selling Fritters what we Bengalis called as Telebhaja for living, in a small roadside thela.
But Lakkhan was continuously looking for new things and ideas, soon he grasp the technique of making Vada Pav, his Vada Pav was an instant hit among the street food lovers of Barasat.
Lakkhan then started watching YouTube videos for new food ideas and he came up with several street foods like Chicken Pakora, Barbeque Chicken Wngs, Chicken Momo, Bamboo Chicken, Chicken Soup, Potato Twister and what not.
In these eight years he became The street Food King of Barasat. A month ago he bought a new shop and named it as Eso Khai. This shop is hugely popular among the street foodies of Barasat.
I was really motivated and inspired listening to Lakkhan's story and tried to showcase it in my video, I hope you will enjoy the show.
