Sky Ranch Pampanga Amusement Park Tour Overview San Fernando. Sky Ranch Pampanga was opened in November 2014 by SM Prime Holdings in partnershop with Westech Philippines and S&T Leisure and is the go to amusement park of Norther Luzon conveniently located next to SM City Pampanga, just take the San Fernando exit on the NLEX.

This outdoor amusement park has a wide array of thrilling rides such as a loop roller coaster, drop tower, super viking, space shuttle, double decker carousel, bumper cars, bumper boat and go karts.

One of the main features of the theme park is the Pampanga Eye which is the tallest and the biggest Ferris wheel in the Philippines at 65 meters tall and 50 meters in diameter. It has 32 air-conditioned gondolas which could fit four passengers. The ride takes ten minutes for a full cycle and costs 150 pesos per person. You will be treated to a majestic view of the amusement park and all of its rides, as well as Mount Arayat in the background an extinct stratovolcano, and the surrounding areas of Pampanga.
