RSPCA officials are hunting for a thug caught on camera viciously killing a seagull by shaking it around and ripping its head off in front of laughing friends in Kidderminster. He was filmed rummaging in a bush before emerging with the bird and violently killing it (left). He then presented its head to his friends (right) as they cackled in the background. It was filmed on Snapchat and has been handed in to the RSPCA, who have urged anyone with information to come forward.
