Motorcycle Adventure at Tindevegen. It is the mountain road between Årdal and Turtagrø (32 km) that takes you from the Sognefjord to Jotunheimen. The road is normally open from May to November and is the "shortcut through Jotunheimen", and the shortest alternative from Bergen to Trondheim. And ferry free! A tourist road that connects Årdal with Luster and Sognefjellsvegen (national tourist road).
The mountain road goes through mighty nature among beautiful peaks in Jotunheimen, with many beautiful vantage points. A short walk from the route, lies a fantastic panorama with Hurrungane and Store Skagastølstind in the east and Sognefjorden and Skjolden in the west. Tindevegen is a toll road for motorcycles, cars, cars with caravans and motorhomes (recommended maximum 10 meters).
