In this video we're giving you a brief introduction to some of the most famous Danish design classics: The Egg, Swan, Drop and Ant by Arne Jacobsen, the Artichoke and Snowdrop by Poul Henningsen, the Flower Pot by Verner Panton, the Pelican by Finn Juhl and the Papa Bear by Hans J Wegner.

Danish design is famous all around the world. Classics like the Egg, Swan and Artichoke have become a part of the Danish culture. But they're also words with more than one meaning. When we hear the word ‘egg’ we don't think of the thing we make omelets from but first of all the chair by Arne Jacobsen! Inspired by this the Danish company Brainchild has created a range of posters and sculptures, interpreting some Danish design classics literally.
