Colombia - South America Bottom to Top (Chapter 4)

Chapter 4 of our 2,5 months of traveling from Patagonia, the southern most part of South America, towards Colombia at the top.

In this video we arrive in Bogotá, Colombia from Lima, Peru, and prepare for celebrating Christmas evening as travellers, ending up enyoing delicious food at the Marriott Hotel, one of a few places being open. During our days in Colombia's capital we join several walking- and food tours and visit a coffee plantation.

Next, we jump on a plane to Cartagena, to finally enjoy some warm weather. We celebrate New Years Eve with friends met in Bogotá and depart for Casa en el Agua the following day. This is a hostel only accessible by boat, located in the Rosario Islands.

After a wet boat ride back to Cartagena, we continue up the coast to Santa Marta. Here we enjoy the beautiful Tayrona National Park and end up at Storyland Festival, shooting an aftermovie for Mexican DJ Lemarroy.

A cheap bus ride back to Cartagena, before we catch our direct flight to Amsterdam and Denmark subsequently.
