Brighton is a seaside resort and one of the two main areas of the city of Brighton and Hove. Located on the southern coast of England, in the county of East Sussex, it is 47 miles south of London. Brighton is a posh city. Among the good restaurants there are quite a few bad ones and a few unnecessarily expensive ones. The city is quite spread out, so unless you live and work in the centre, you probably need a car or a bike. Between June 2016 and May 2017, there were 32,953 crimes committed in Brighton. The city is famous for its beautiful seafront, unique shops and markets, and thriving music and art scenes. Each year, millions of inquisitive tourists and open-minded individuals visit this inspirational city to experience its friendly and creative atmosphere.
