I've been meaning to get a retake of these elevators for several months now to see how they were doing. I finally managed to get one recently. And it turns out, these things are MORE LOVELY THAN BEFORE than my take of these in March 2019!

I mean literally, these things are more pathetic than my first take of these in March 2019. To start, one of the elevators has a pathetic & glitchy floor passing chime, another one of them has a broken lantern, and it also has 4 REPLACED buttons! And for some reason, the hotel decided to leave out floors 18 and 19 to skip straight to 20! Also, the lobby is labeled as the 4th floor! I mean seriously, this goes way too far for Kone Quality.

Overall, the hotel itself is nice, however they do not keep their elevators in great condition. These things could use some serious help.
