And also discusses with former Scottish Chief Medical Officer, Prof. Harry Burns, if the much larger countries which have struggled thus far to properly control the #pandemic, can now do so with a return to testing, tracing and isolation and thus allow a move away from the ruinous lockdown of their economies?
