Anna just loves food❤️

In 2016 she moved to Denmark from Poland due to her work as a Project Manager at Carlsberg. She liked her job in Copenhagen, but when Corona hit Anna decided, that now was the time to move on and pursue her real passion - food????????

She joined International Class for Culinary Arts at Hotel- og Restaurantskolen. With her fellow students from all over the world, Anna learns cooking skills and first-aid, and food hygiene on a daily basis.
During class, the students work with seasonal produce, sustainability, and ecology while sharing experiences around tastings.
