When the wind doesnt blow, it doesnt happen offend in blouberg, or you just need a coffee or breakfast & Lunch Morgens is the place to hangout, FREE Wifi, keep an eye on the wind arriving in Table Bay & on Table Mountain this is a great little coffee shop to hang out REALLY REALLY friendly people who are there to meet and chat we chatted to a couple of American girls travelling, a young lady from Denmark who was in SA for 3 months kitesurfing and Tom who is a Local kite sure instructor from the UK, Tom teaches people how to wave ride.
