Escaping Society - Winter Camping with my Fiancée

Ever feel like you are stuck in the rat-race? Need a break from daily life? There is no better way in the world to calm the nerves than spending time getting in touch with nature and enjoying the fruits of the wild.

My fiancée, Emma, really needed a break so I decided to take her to where I clear my head, Not a specific place, nowhere in particular, just out to where no traffic can be heard, our neighbors are forest animals and the sun turns the sky a million colors.

We set up a winter shelter and collected firewood for the night. Enjoyed the sunset, cooked steaks on the fire and enjoyed the evening with a flask full of whiskey!
After an awesome night sleeping under the stars it was time to pack up and say goodbye to our winter retreat, for a while at least.
