Once Known as London's 'Tin Pan Alley' Denmark Street is home to many music and guitar shops. I visit Regent Sounds formally a recording studio and now a musical instrument store. Then we go to fernandez and wells which also has restaurants in Soho and Somerset House for some Tapas.
