CSE accompanied Associate Professor Eric Guthey and Master Student Victoria Parker from Copenhagen Business School on a visit to top restaurants in Copenhagen including Amass Restaurant, Alouette and BaneGaarden.

Listening to the conversations that leaders of the industry Søren Ejlersen, Kamilla Seidler, Matt Orlando, Nick Curtin, and Christian Nedergaard were having regarding their collaboration to bridge the gap between academia and hospitality and how both industries can learn something from one another to weather the crisis.
