The majestic tingle trees are endemic only to this little pocket of Western Australia and walking among them is a delight. We celebrate Kath’s birthday with coffee and cake* at the Valley of the Giants and with wine and (laughing cow!) cheese at Giants camp. The walk out of Giants is a real beauty, encompassing forest, railway formations, coastal vistas, dunes and more. We’re in good company with Bob (of course!) & our new friend George. Jordie makes a guest appearance. *Many thanks to the coffee vendor for excellent friendly customer service and a free piece of cake!

The Bibbulmun Track is a beloved 1003km (623mile) trail in Western Australia stretching from Kalamunda to Albany. Our hike commenced in October and finished in December 2020.

We would like to pay our respect to the traditional custodians of this land - Noongar (Minang) Boodja and acknowledge elders past, present and emerging. It is a great privilege to walk on this ancient country; land which was never ceded.
