Police Commander Lucy D’Orsi, who was in charge of security for President Xi Jinping’s visit in October, was filmed saying: "Well they also wanted to come in your carriage with the interpreter."

The Queen replied: "Yes."

The revelation emerged in the same footage the monarch was heard describing Chinese officials as “very rude”.

In October The Sunday Times reported that members of the diplomatic protection squad had unmasked the agent, who was posing as an official interpreter and tried to get into the royal carriage with the Queen and President Xi.

A source said: "The bodyguard, or spy, attempted to get in the carriage and was prevented when it was ascertained by our security officials that he was actually a security official rather than the official translator.

The formation of the European Advisory Commission (EAC) was agreed on at the Moscow Conference on October 30, 1943 between the foreign ministers of the United Kingdom, Anthony Eden, the United States, Cordell Hull, and the Soviet Union, Vyacheslav Molotov, and confirmed at the Tehran Conference in November. In anticipation of the defeat of Nazi Germany and its allies this commission was to study the postwar political problems in Europe and make recommendation to the three governments, including the surrender of the European enemy states and the machinery of its fulfillment. After the EAC completed its task it was dissolved at the Potsdam Conference in August 1945.

The EAC had its seat in London at Lancaster House and started its work on January 14, 1944. William Strang was the British delegate, while on the American and Soviet side the respective ambassadors were the delegates, John G. Winant and Feodor T Gousev.

Queen describes Chinese officials as rude
May 11, 2016
London: The Queen has been overheard describing Chinese officials as "very rude" while in conversation with a senior police officer at an event celebrating her 90th birthday.

The monarch appeared to make the uncharacteristically unguarded comments during a discussion with a Metropolitan Police Service commander on Tuesday.

It comes hours after British Prime Minister David Cameron was filmed telling her that Afghanistan and Nigeria were "fantastically corrupt".

The officer described how Chinese officials walked out of a meeting with Barbara Woodward, British ambassador to China, at Lancaster House, telling them the trip was off.

The Queen said: "They were very rude to the ambassador."

The remarks were recorded as the Queen greeted guests in the gardens of Buckingham Palace for an event marking her 90th birthday.
